How often should I wash the façade?+
In Rogaland's damp climate we recommend cleaning once a year. Regular washing removes salt, fungus and green growth that otherwise eat into the paint – the cheapest insurance against rot and costly repainting.
Can pressure washing damage the cladding?+
Yes, if it's done wrong. We use professional equipment with adapted pressure (“softwash” where needed) and the right chemistry, so water doesn't get behind the cladding and the timber doesn't splinter.
What does façade cleaning cost?+
It depends on the size of the house, access and how much growth there is. You always get a free inspection and a fixed price up front – and if you combine it with roof maintenance or gutter cleaning, we can often offer a good package price.
Do I need to repaint, or will a wash do?+
Many people repaint far too early. Often a good wash is enough to bring back the colour and sheen – saving a lot on paint and scaffolding.
